Job Purpose:
To partner with clients to develop killer interactive online marketing and communications programs. Responsible for the overall service, profitability and growth of several accounts. Plans the clients’ long-range direct interactive and online marketing strategies. Maintains contact with all levels within the client company, particularly senior management.
1. Communication Management: Responsible for gaining information about the customers’ industry, industry needs, products and services. Work with other agency personnel to provide the customer with timely information about project status and delivery and being available to the client. Stay informed about the client’s organization structures, processes, and business plans. Conduct annual / periodic reviews of strategies and objectives.
2. Create Partnerships: Establish relationships at all levels in the organization for exchange of information, mutual problems solving and to measure client satisfaction. Be accessible and make adjustments as required.
3. Project Management: With the support of the Account Director, manage agency processes to maintain up-to-date and accurate information flow. Keep team members informed of client requirements and needs and provide positive and corrective feedback as appropriate
4. Marketing Planning: In concert with Market Planner, develop and implement the marketing communications plan. Gain client approval and communicate plan to all team members. Monitor compliance to plan and take any required corrective actions.
5. Integration of Agency Services: Integrate all agency services and disciplines in clients marketing plan as required. Manage delivery of agency services so that the client is presented with a seamless delivery of the integrated services.
6. Monitor Product Quality: With the support of the Account Director and / or Project Manager, monitor production process to insure compliance with plan and client requirements. Collect client feedback and provide positive and corrective feedback throughout the process and after delivery. Establish meaningful measures for quality.
