<p>VP Strategic Planner</p>
<p>What you need for this position:</p>
<p>- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Planner<br />
- Minimum 7 years of public relations or advertising experience<br />
- Solid management experience handling multiple teams and projects<br />
- Ability to counsel clients on traditional and social media relations<br />
- Must be a strategic proactive and creative thinker with polished writing skills.<br />
- In particular, you need to have an understanding of Florida’s media markets.</p>

<p>- Work closely with all agency account teams to ensure that the consumer&#8217;s perspective is reflected in the agency&#8217;s product.<br />
- Analyze trend reports and market data to create profiles.<br />
- Responsible for bringing relevant consumer insights to bear on creative briefs that are focused, logical and creatively inspired.<br />
- Uncover core insights into the attitudes and behavior of various consumers/consumer groups-defining and understanding target audiences, their lifestyles and how products fit into their everyday lives.</p>

<p>Salary: $50-60k</p>
<p>Position Type: Contract<br />
As an Account Executive, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:<br />
–    Being the primary point of contact for your Clients. Meeting/conference preparation and follow-up.<br />
–    Having the ability to work with multiple Clients, deadlines and deliverables<br />
–    Relaying Clients’ needs and expectations accurately to the Agency.<br />
–    Taking responsibility for Client expectations relative to timelines and deliverables.<br />
–    Preparing Creative Briefs to provide clear strategic and creative direction on programs and concepts.<br />
–    Ensuring that all program elements support strategic objectives.<br />
–    Interfacing with all internal departments in order to efficiently produce program deliverables on time and within budget.<br />
–    Establishing and maintaining timelines, budgets, goals and priorities for delivery of programs. Ensuring programs adhere to all.<br />
–    Maintaining clear, accurate and timely communications with Clients, such as Meeting Reports, Status Reports, Work-In-Progress and Budget Reports.<br />
–    Keeping Account Director or direct supervisor informed of all challenges and/or opportunities in relation to your accounts.<br />
–    Identifying and implementing continuous improvement of all operational processes.<br />
–    Alerting agency of any new business opportunities and assisting in following up with leads.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>The ideal candidate is a bright, hard-working and outgoing team-player. Must be college-educated and have excellent interpersonal and communications skills.</p>
<p>•    2-3 years of relevant professional work experience within Latam or Caribbean Accounts</p>
<p>•    Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint</p>
<p>•    Exceptional organizational &amp; time management skills</p>
